About Adam

I am an artist at heart. I love to connect the dots so that others can see the big picture… whether an actual picture, a knife, operational art or design.

Having had over 20 years of involvement in solving or being a part of the solution to our nation’s most difficult and “wicked” problems, I find it hard to let go. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and time to create art, to simplify the complex, and to build teams that are driven, relentless and that always succeed.

My strengths are as a cognitive connector and communicator. I am known for making complex or unintelligible ideas, plans, processes or regulations easy to understand. I enjoy guiding others by offering advice and sharing my knowledge of the past to help shape their view of the present and future. Through experience, I’ve developed a practical, factual, and unemotional method to problem solving.

During my time in the military, (Marine Raider ret.) I saved lives and millions of taxpayer dollars by making calculated but bold risk management decisions. I was a team member in both large and small operations across the globe. In most cases, our successes were known only to the teammates who were present. Those experiences honed my critical thinking and problem-solving skills and ability to function at maximum efficiency.  I seek to bring this skillset to critical issues facing our community and environment.

My hobbies of art, the outdoors and problem solving led to the creation of Seeker Concepts LLC. We are a business that makes our planet the purpose… where we put purpose and people above profit. Critical thinking, conflict resolution and communication are in short supply in our society. In order to make a positive impact in this chaotic, ever-changing world, Seeker Concepts LLC has entered the XPrize Carbon Removal Competition as “Team Seeker”.

Proceeds from our store and contributions to our Go-Fund-Me will be reinvested into our purpose… the planet.

Never stop searching.
